Findings

The fix, identified.

627 of the 638 Trusted Advisor checks, collected from APIs that cost nothing — plus 117 rules covering what none of them answer.

What a paid support plan actually gates

Trusted Advisor's full catalogue sits behind Business or Enterprise Support, priced per member account. For an organisation of any size that is a real line item. We classify all 638 checks by which ungated API reaches the same judgement, and collect 627 of them today.

A route is a plan; a collector is coverage

634 checks have a route — a defensible statement about which free API could answer them. 627 have a collector calling that API right now. Those are different numbers and we publish both, because quoting the larger one would be the easy and dishonest choice.

Nothing hidden in a backlog

627 collected, 7 declared unreproducible with a stated reason, 4 behind a separately priced AWS service. That is the whole catalogue, with no fourth bucket — so the day AWS adds a check, it surfaces as a gap rather than quietly diluting the claim.

Findings age, and aging is data

Every finding carries a lifecycle. How long a condition has existed is often more useful than that it exists, and it is what turns a list into a trend. Because the rule engine is pure — snapshot in, findings out — a new rule replays over the snapshot archive and reports how long the condition has been true, rather than only seeing it from its deploy date forward.
